6 Addictions beyond Human Awareness

There are 6 things that make us addicted without us realizing it, and they can distract our health in a way. What are these 6 things?
1. Addicted to Book
It is not an embarrassing thing at all if you love books (perhaps it is if they are porn books, of course). When you hear that there are people who love collecting books, you might bear in mind that they must be nerds who can barely socialize. However, it is simply a public stereotype.
Painful reality: There is a man who is so addicted to the books named Stephen Carrie. From 1874-1990, he has been collecting books from over 185 universities in North America. When FBI came to his house in Iowa for investigating, they found 28.000 stolen books and scrips. He finally ended up in prison for the next 4,5 years. The funny thing is that he was arrested because of stealing a door handle. The advance technologies these days make the book as a not important thing any more. Therefore, having book as a companion at home is not a compulsory thing any more. If there is someone who walks with book, he might simply need some intervention.
2. Addicted to Pet
It sounds not too bad, huh? However, we have to be extra careful if we are addicted to pet. It is not merely giving special attention and care to the pets as they are also living creatures, but it might lead to another thing as well. What would it be if you are addicted to cats and want to have more and more cats? From the record of the New York Times about the women who love cats so much, it turns out that almost 60 millions of American people are in the huge risk of getting toxoplasma infection. Some experts even think that this disease is likely to make us zombies.
3. Addicted to Healthy Food
It is actually a good thing for your health. However, if it is too much, then it will lead to a negative thing. What would it be if you keep thinking what lunch would you have for today? It is even dangerous if you are mis-informed and that the healthy food can indeed kill you. The docters find a disease called as social isolation from an over diet. However, our body still needs some fat to some extent. A diet that allows no fat at all will effectively kill us instead.
4. Addicted to Sport
It sounds that this kind of addiction is not dangerous at all. You may think so before knowing the fact that there is a disease known as Muscular Dysmorphia or Bigorexia. It is a disease in which a person will become too obsessed to have perfect muscular. You should realize that it takes a lot of efforts and hard works to have a body of Ade Rai. He himself needs years to build his body to become what it is now and through out those years, he must pay an extra attention on his meal diet, even until now. Therefore, you need to start making yourself perfect from the inner first. Do not too “greedy” when you are doing exercises.
5. Addicted to Water
It might sound weird, but have you ever heard that there are people who get ill because of too much water? Well, every excessive thing will of course lead to something bad for yout health. As we all know, our body contains lots of water, but if it is too much than it is suppose to be, you can get hyponatremia. It is will make the sodium level in your body decreasing fatally. Therefore, water must be carefully examined. The bottled water is not always steril and the clear water is also not always free of germs.
6. Addicted to Garbage
Keeping your un-used things at your home is one way to lead to an addiction. Your un-used things can be considered as garbage here, and if you keep piling your garbage at home, it will be a source of many diseases. Therefore, we have to be selective to separate the still-used things from the real garbage. It is even better if you can donate your memorable things or put them in an auction. The memory will retain longer in your mind, rather than having those things pilled up under your home garbage.
As a matter a fact, it is not easy at all to refuse all of these addictions, because most of them are simply parts of hobbies or live styles. However, it is all coming back to your mind set. Above all, a lesson to take here is that do not do too much in everthing bevause it might give a bad impact to your self.
