In my previouse posting, I have written about an account that get limit and how to overcome the problem. This time, I will add some info on several factors that can cause your Paypal account get limit.

Your Paypal account might get limit if you haven’t register your credit card or VCC as well as your ID into your Paypal account. The ID requested can be in form of ID card, electricity or phone bills or driving license that clearly state your name and address which are in accordance with the ones registered in your Paypal account. If you have registered your credit card or VCC without submitting additional ID data, your Paypal account can still get limit at a certain unexpected time.

One of my verified accounts using VCC is not yet completed with additional ID documents. So far, it is still safe, and I never get any paypal limitation warning as yet. There are some factors that can cause your account get limit, even though you have verified it using credit card or VCC.

If you have more than 1 Paypal accounts, and log in from the computer with the same IP address, you will get a warning limit. If you generally log in from your private computer, but at certain time you log in from public computer, such as the one in internet café, the Paypal team might be able to detect this peculiarity. Therefore, it is better if you try for always log in with the same IP, and if want to log in into several Paypal account within the same IP, it is suggested that you click on “Clear Private Data” from the menu “Option” browser that you use, after log out from certain Paypal account.

As a matter of fact, getting a limit warning is not a too big problem. It can be easily handled by submitting your ID through a requested link from your Paypal account. All you need to do is scanning your ID card, driving license or electricity bill, submitting them to Paypal, and waiting for a week (or even sooner). Your Paypal limit will be back as normal again.
